Products and Availability

All products are custom-printed in limited quantities. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing variations. 

We do our best to restock popular items, but availability is not guaranteed.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in approved cases (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or unavailable items). Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Shipping Policy

At Inspire Creative Studio LLC, we are dedicated to delivering your orders with speed and care. 

• Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.
• Inspire Creative Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience delivery issues.
• Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.
• Returns will only be accepted for incorrect or faulty items. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, email, address, payment details) is used solely for fulfilling your order and will never be shared or sold. 

 

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms. We do not store or share your payment information. We will never sell or share your data with outside parties.

Our resale items may include products from third-party brands. Inspire Creative Studio is not responsible for variations, packaging, or claims made by those brands. Any product concerns should be directed to the original manufacturer.
